A1 Automatic Gates promises to provide a top class gate installation service from start to finish , we also supply , install , service & repair all brands of gate automation, car park barrier systems including intercom systems & access control . We only work with market leading automation suppliers when installing gate equipment.
We fabricate all our bespoke gate designs at our workshop facility and when this fabrication process has been completed the gates will then be sent off to start the galvanisation process to allow the gates to be hot dipped at 450 degrees using hot molten zinc coating to help preserve metal from weather damage .
The last stage of the process before installation will be the powder coating process or PPC as it’s know in the industry and you can choose from over 100 different gate colour choices to give your gates that perfect smooth paint surface finish.
